How to Make Cheese
Equipment
1. Thermometer
2. Cheese cloth
3. Ice cream container with holes.
4. Colander.
5. Tray.
6. Large pot.
Ingredients
1. Milk.
2. Vinegar.
3. Salt.
4. Cream.
Method
First put 2.15 litres of milk into a large pot.
Next put some cream into the large pot.
Then you heat it up to 90 degrees .
Now take it off the heat.
Add the white vinegar.
Then put the cheese in the cheese cloth.
Next put the cheese cloth in the Ice cream container and put it in
the fridge.
